PositiveMy Review of The Covington
I would tell others that it is a great community for independent living. It is very secure with a private gate. It is an upscale community. Our experience was during the pandemic. The staff are friendly.

CriticalPlaces beautiful on the outside supervisory staff here have no clue of patient care or aseptic techniques it's embarrassingly obvious watching their medical staff they truly do not know what they're doing and do the fact that the pay is so low they choose to go with third-rate personnel everything is jury-rigged just to get by without doing true permanent repairs

PositiveThe Covington was very expensive. They also didn't have any rooms that had balconies or patios. They had a pool that was under construction. They had a small exercise room and a library. I was impressed with the library. It was one of the Jewish holidays and they had a meeting for anyone who wanted to go and pray together; I was impressed with that, too. I am also impressed with them because it is church-based. They also say they're non-profit.

They had very nice activities and a nice facility for people that needed to be in a hospital room. Everything was great except the food. We were almost ready to go there, but after being there for my rehab, I was not too fond of the food at all. I lost 20 pounds. The apartment was wonderful. PositiveThe rooms at The Covington were nice, but very expensive. The staff was excellent. I saw that they have three courtyards, an exercise room, and a bar. I also some residents swimming. The staff was excellent. Their restaurant was the best so far.

PositiveMy in-laws went to Covington. It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, and it's very nice. They have transportation, a nurse, a pendant that you wear, two different restaurants, and an indoor pool where they do exercises. They have a lot available. The food is very good, and the staff is very nice and helpful.
