Before deciding where to place my loved one, I was talking to representatives at other locations through the phone. This location was more ideal and the room that my loved one would get was more convenient, it had a walk in shower which was ideal. The staff there is friendly and welcoming; I had no concerns with them thus far. They have my contact info, so if anything happens they can give me a call and let me know.
