My dad moved to Carveth Village. So far I've had a good experience with this community. The staff has been very helpful. They've been very friendly and encouraging to him. He is loving it there. They'd bend over backward to help us. I have not tried the food, but I've smelled it, and it smells amazing. They were having baked fish, wild rice, and stewed tomatoes for lunch. They cook fresh. Carveth Village is wonderful. The doctor recommended it. He has been a supporter of it for years and years. It is private, but he supports it. The people who work there are locals from Middleville and from Hastings. A good share of the people here in town know someone that was there. My mom is at Carveth Village. We love it. It's beautiful and it's nice. She is so much happier to be around people that are her own age because she was living with me. They do so very fun things there. Tuesdays are always Music Day, so I like to go that day. Usually Mondays, they do bingo. They usually have a church service on Fridays. I am headed there today to do a outing with my grandmother. I have multiple friends who have loved ones there and have done nothing but given great reviews. Placing my grandmother has been very difficult as I want nothing but the best for her. I have looked at multiple reviews, went and dined there, and visited my friends relatives spending countless hours there.
