★★★★★
CriticalThe rooms are shared with another person who may blast their TV all night long and are allowed to. They come in every two hours and wake their people up. Very unsanitary many cases of UTIs there. High turnover rate. I wouldn’t even send my dog to stay there. One star is too much!
★★★★★
CriticalMy loved one was previously a resident at Casa De Paz. The facility was very run down and dated. The food was terrible. Their ice maker continually broke down and this was summer, so residents wanted cold drinks. There was some very wonderful caring staff and some were the complete opposite. However, their communication was phenomenal.
