I am/was a resident of this facility

I have lived here for almost four years. The grounds here are always manicured and clean. The maintenance crew is always quick to address the apartment issues and quick to fix anything that is needed. Office staff is friendly and willing to always listen. Although one staff member, John, needs to step up his customer service approach to tenants here, and not be so rude and threatening. I minus one star for that. I visited this facility

I visited Casa Escondida about a couple of months ago. The staff was very friendly when I was toured around. They even showed me a couple of apartments so that I would have an idea of what a studio or a one bedroom apartment looked like. They showed me a storage next to each apartment too. They also showed me their grounds, the pool, and the recreation room. In the recreation room was a flat screen tv and sometimes different program of activities. About three months ago, I moved to Casa Escondida. The place is very nice and the people are very friendly. I really liked it in here. We cook our own food.
