I would like to give a 5-star review to Kellie, the Med Tech at The Lakes Assisted Living. Kellie is truly exceptional at what she does. She is always professional, compassionate, and attentive to the residents’ needs. She takes her time to make sure medications are administered correctly and that everyone feels comfortable and cared for. Thank you, Kellie, for your hard work, commitment, and the genuine care you show every day. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated. Five stars well deserved!

The Lakes Senior Living

We are very satisfied with The Lakes. My only minor concern was the Director's availability prior to move in. She was often unavailable, and missed one appointment without prior notice. Our dad has made new friends and is doing much better since moving in. The food isn't what he's used to and some options are not the best so he has lost some weight, but overall is thriving since moving in.

Room for improvement

The staff have not been responsive to my requests and concerns to the point where I had to reach out to your staff to help me. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Also, I am not confident my dad is getting his medications when he is supposed to.
