The activities for the seniors are great, and I appreciate the effort to keep residents engaged. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The food is often served cold. Some residents need assistance with eating and are not always provided the support or accommodations they need. At times, residents who need help with utensils are given easier-to-handle meals instead of receiving the regular meal.
