The staff is wonderful! The food is great and they give you plenty of it. My mom loves bingo and goes to all of those games. Her studio is a good size for her. It is all she needs. If I need to say one thing negative - it would be the inside appearance of the facility. It is really dated but clean.

I would give them a 5 in every category! We have been extremely pleased with the care our mom has received there! The facility has always been clean when we were there. All of the staff and administrative staff have gone out of their way to be friendly & answer all our questions during this transition. My mom is at Castlewoods Place. The staff has been excellent. They've taken care of her. We have no worries about her being there at all. We are perfectly at ease with her being there. We thought maybe she was going to be in the assisted living and they did an assessment and decided that she would actually benefit better from the memory care with helping with her meds and things, and so we put her in the memory care for those reasons.
