It seems like a nice, well maintained facility. The few residents that I saw seemed comfortable and content.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are friendly and so helpful. The community is also clean and we would recommend Cedar Woods to other families.

Manager is unprofessional

I did not feel safe, or that privacy was maintained around the maintenance manager and found some interactions unprofessional. I have raised concerns multiple times with both managers and it’s been dismissed. This raised concerns about the general manager’s hiring and supervision decisions. She seems unfit for the job.

Terribly Mismanaged

The new management of this building is simply terrible. They made the former secretary into a General Manager and she has no business running this building. She is never to be found and when.you can speak with her, she is nasty and dismissive. The only saving grace is [name removed] who is always kind and helpful. The food was showing improvement and now that has gone down the drain. It's all frozen food and we get it served either burnt to a crisp or raw. They can't even make eggs in the morning correctly.
