★★★★★
PositiveMy parents needed more help than we could give and we toured Cedarhurst. I instantly knew this is the right place. Good care, friendly staff that treats them like their own parents. Activities are good & meals are great too! Beautiful place!
★★★★★
PositiveMy siblings and I have been very happy with the care and the physical facility of Cedarhurst. They strive to keep it clean, friendly and a well cared for community.
★★★★★
PositiveWhen we first encountered them they were very on top of everything. The only thing that was lacking is once my father was admitted and if I had any questions I was not sure who to address the questions to. I had to keep going to the head of sales to find who I needed to speak with. Other than this any other issues were addressed, I would not hesitate to move in here if it ever came to it.
★★★★★
Positive-- This is a review of our experience with the community during covid and covid alone. The activity director is great, and right now they have a good amount of things for the residents to participate in. Our loved one does say the quality of the food has declined, and there is an inconsistency when it comes to the temperature of the food. We do believe our loved one is being well taken care of, but since we are not allowed to go in we are just not completely sure.
★★★★★
PositiveI think Cedarhurst of Jacksonville is a great facility, and my mother is on their waiting list. I had no problems with the staff. I remember the bingo, and they had a bit of a social there. I thought the dining area was fine, the rooms were great, and that's why we chose that facility and put her on the list. She'll be doing the memory care, but we saw a common room on the assisted living end with a library, a fireplace, and a piano room.
★★★★★
PositiveCedarhurst of Jacksonville was fairly new. The employees were a little bit snobby, but the facility was nice and clean. The person who toured me was fine, nothing spectacular. They allowed pets and had a lake you can go out and sit by.
