PositiveEverything a 5, except for food. Food would be a 3. When I visited several times the food was not hot. That is my only issue. I love the communication. The facility app with calendar, the ability to contact staff and the notifications when my love one attend an event etc is very helpful. They post fb pictures of events. The speech as well as physical therapy services are incredibly helpful. They have nail and hair services, outings and lots of people who come to entertain and teach the residents.

PositiveCedarhurst of Wichita, an assisted living facility, was very nice and new. It kind of was at the top of our list. It was just top-notch. Everything was so nice and clean. We couldn't have asked for anything else. Everything they offered was just what we wanted. Everyone was very nice and explained everything very well. We checked the dining area, but we did not eat there, but they offered food you could eat at any time of the day you wanted. The dining area was very nice and very clean. It was so appropriate, …

PositiveOverall I would give 4 stars. The staff and caregivers are all pleasant, courteous, and all seem to care, wanting to help. I gather from some residents nearby me that their medication time is not consistent with the schedule, which has caused them to be waiting in their apartment until it is given. PositiveCedarhurst of Wichita is a beautiful facility. The sales manager was very helpful and provided useful information. Staff was engaged with residents. Overall a very pleasant experience in the search for a memory care residence for my Dad.

PositiveI toured Cedarhurst of Wichita. It's beautiful, and everybody was friendly. They were ready to go for us. They had the packets and everything. We needed a wheelchair for my mom, and they got that. The food area smelled wonderful. It was right there. She came in the door. You can order from a menu, just like in a restaurant, with a waitress, and it comes back. We looked at a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom, and the one-bedroom might be just a hair smaller than we wanted compared to the two-bedroom. The two-bedroo…

PositiveI would now rate it a 4, but there was an extended time where it was a 2 and we would have moved her if she had not had pneumonia and wasn't so confused. After many discussions with the staff and management and posted signs in her room things have improved. My 2 sisters and I still take turns being here everyday which has helped settle things down for mom and provide instructions for the staff. I wonder if I would still rate it a 4 if we were not here everyday but that is the goal. I would also have added the bene…
