CriticalMy friend has been at The Care Center and Transitional Care at Cerenity White Bear Lake for the last year in the long-term care area. They have a rehab transitional care, long-term care, and assisted living. It's pleasant. One section of it is a newer building that was attached, but most of it is an older building, so it's just plain and OK. It's sort of dull because it has darker colored walls, but it is clean and neat. They are always short-staffed. The care that he gets varies if they're shor…

CriticalI'm currently at The Care Center and Transitional Care at Cerenity White Bear Lake. There's not too much I like right now. We don't have a fridge in our room, and we don't have a sink or a counter space outside of our room. However, most people here are pretty happy with this place, but me, not so much. I think the staff is wonderful. When we turn on our call light, they come within a quick enough time. They're kind to us, they don't get mad at us, and treat us pretty wonderful. And I …

PositiveMy husband was at The Care Center and Transitional Care at Cerenity White Bear Lake. He was in transitional care for a while after he got out of the hospital. It was very good. The staff was great. They were very caring and they were always prompt when he needed help. They were all very friendly. It was nice, open, warm, and clean. His room was a nice size. He had a recliner, a television, a bed, and a bathroom. They had the therapy rooms because it was for transitional care. They had a lot of exercise equipment. T…

PositiveMy mom is very happy at The Care Center at Cerenity White Bear Lake. It's been good. Her room is quite nice and it's a fairly good size. She has her own bathroom, so it's good, and the staff is wonderful. The upkeep has been good too. They have some gardens and they're across a street from a park. Medicare is paying for that so we're not paying anything since she's in transitional care.
