Sure, I look for the usual things, but a whole lot more. Chancellor's Village far exceeded my exacting standards in just about every way. And the staff has created a true "home" for the residents--way beyond just a "home-like" atmosphere. It was a wonderful surprise to find this gem in the Fredericksburg area with such a warm, familial environment.
