We are in Chandler Place Independent Living, and we are very happy. It's senior independent living with assisted living perks. It's really great because it offers food, two meals a day, weekly housekeeping including bed changing, and many activities. The price is good compared to some other places. Across the street and part of the same complex is assisted living and memory care. It has many perks which only assisted living would have, like buzzers in every room if you fall and lanyards given to each tena…

They are definitely trying to maximize their rent amounts charging before u even move in was my biggest issue. The community is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They didn't have to care for my dad. Again the push for money kind of irritated me. Dad loved the options and chooses. There are plenty of activities there. I think relatively fair price but I think overall all independent living over priced

PositiveIt is difficult to find Independent Living meeting the needs for my mom and dad. This facility offers 2 bedroom/2 bathroom/kitchen apartments. Location is good. Entire staff is engaging and helpful and present. Met other residents, had lunch in the dining room and toured the facility. I feel so much better knowing that there are doctors, PT/OT/Speech Therapy, and other medical services available to my parents.
