My husband moved into Chapin Home for the Aging. Im very pleased; theyre very caring. The place is spacious, it has a variety of activities, and I like the staff that they have. Everybody tries to be as helpful as possible given the situation, and on that basis, I would highly recommend it.

The security staff was very helpful in giving directions and helping you find what you need to find in Chapin. It had a big dining room or auditorium where they had events, like people who played music, magicians, and Bible study. It’s very clean, but parts of it are very old and could use updating. The staff engages with the residents.

I had my mom at Chapin for a brief stay until she passed recently and was so happy with he care she, an all of us, received. The staff are totally professional, friendly and compassionate. It is a very difficult thing to have to place a loved one in a nursing facility but Chapin made it as easy as it could be and I am truly grateful for the way my mom was cared for during her last days.

This is one of the best nursing home facilty in the New York City area. My friends mom stayed at this nursing home. She was treated with dignity and respect. The employees at this nursing home were amazing. They were so accomodating and helpful to everyone. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone who needs a referral for a parent, relative or friend.
