Very clean, nice atmosphere. Staff was very nice and explained how their system works-food, activities, medication needs, everything. This facility is top notch and is high on the list.

Do not place a loved one here

1. Rate 1 - I would never put anyone there with the current administration. They lied to your face and I reported them to the ombudsman. 2. Rate 3 - they were pretty clean but my father lost his partials and no one found them. 3. Rate 3 - some of them were friendly but some were only friendly to your face so you would go away 4. Chapters Living of Tulsa

The building is relatively new and in a good location. The staff is friendly and fairly prompt. The seem to be caring of the residents although I've never seen any recreation other than tv rooms and a nice library that is used mostly for group visits. The place is very clean and virtually odor free. The food could use a little help even though the regimented schedule has mom putting on weight. Seems a bit pricey but is about half the price of round the clock home care.

Overall would recommend for memory care

Everyone on staff was responsive and helpful. Between them and hospice nurses. Etc. I feel my wife is well taken care of. They are good about keeping everything clean. I would recommend them to others who searching for care for a memory care patient.

Needing a 2nd home for a loved one

Chapters Living of Tulsa is a smaller facility than most, only 40+ residents. The present admin & mkt person are working to improve the location and esthetics with repairs, painting, new furniture, etc. since taking over the building a relatively short time ago. The floor staff is great and caring. They are actively looking for an activities director. The building is clean and no hint of "odors".

Residence Free to Roam Safely

I think it's great. I found Mom a nice place. My dad passed away as soon as he got in there Mom she loves the place at chapter living. They just care about the residence and that if they can go, if they can move on their own, they're welcome to walk anywhere around the place, not tied down in one spot.
