PositiveWe love the nursing and activities personnel . The food is good. They are very accommodating of Neil's needs and the physical environment is beautiful and nurturing. The main reason we chose the Charter is everyone's friendly and kind demeanor, and their Christian offerings of Bible study and prayer.

PositiveMy mother has lived at Charter for a year. All of the staff, including the administration, front desk, dining room, caregivers, cleaning and maintenance are incredibly kind and helpful. My mother enjoys the food and many activities. The common areas of the building were updated recently with new carpeting, furniture, and renovation throughout. It is a comfort to know she is safe and cared for there. I highly recommend Charter.

PositiveWe toured Charter Senior Living of Danvers. The people who toured us were very knowledgeable. We appreciate them. The room was a little smaller than we would have liked. The food was very good. We did eat there, and the chef was amazing. Unfortunately, it was under construction while we were there, so they were doing renovations. We had lunch in a private dining room, so it was fine. It was an elegant little room.
