Overall we like the place. Dad absolutely loves his apartment he just wishes that he had a balcony which they don't have and I understand. Most of the staff has been excellent. They have had a turnover in director of nursing, but the majority of the staff appear to be stable. I have had to follow up on Dad's care I don't think he was getting the level of care that we agreed upon when he went into the facility I feel as though he told them he could do more for himself than he could and they took his word for it inst…

5 across the board. I am so glad you recommended this place. My "cottage" is perfect. 2 bedrooms & baths, plenty of storage, garage for car and additional storage, front and back patios. I have areas to plant flowers if I choose to but yard in general is managed by lawn care. There is a monthly calendar sent to residents listing activities, entertainment and social occasions for any or all residents. I visited Charter Senior Living of Gateway Park in Greenfield. They have independent living quarters where you're in with a lot of other people, and then they have individual houses with just wonderful accommodations. It's very expensive. They're running around $3,000 to $3,500 a month, and that's pretty heavy, but it's comparable to the prices that I've checked all around. When I am ready, that's the one I will probably use. Facility is great. It was a little slow at first to get things moving as they were changing directors at the same time we came in. They change staff often which is sad in memory care, because they like consistency. Team is helpful and friendly.
