★★★★★
CriticalThe memory care was on the second floor and the windows were small and didn’t let much sunlight in. I only saw 2 staff remembers on the floor. The clients did not seem to be active considering it was a Saturday, I thought they would be up and moving and not sitting watching tv. The rooms and the facility seemed to be a little dated and needed some TLC. The courtyard/garden area was not maintained. The craft room was dark and dated. I was told they would be under going some renovations very soon.
★★★★★
CriticalThey are always short staffed and training of the staff was poor. The food is ok and the apartment size is ok. I was not happy with the accommodations and service.
★★★★★
PositiveIts difficult to rate quality of care one uncaring aide can mess up the average for outstanding staff. We have been very fortunate to experience excellent care givers except for several individuals who are in the wrong profession.
★★★★★
CriticalHad to submit paperwork several times. Sometimes takes a long time for the answering the call bells. Senior administrative staff says one thing, but staff working with the individual does something different.

It was dinner time so we were able to see the menu first hand and the variations in the residents food. As well as see the staff interacting with them. We were also able to see the room we would like for dad as there was one available. We are moving forward with the necessary document…

Heather, the marketing person, did an excellent job of explaining what all the facilities are, what the capability is, all the pluses and minuses for it. She showed us around and showed us a typical studio apartment as well as some of the other amenities that they have, and it was all very positive. The facility seemed to be very, very well done and very nice. They have made modifications as appropriate to ensure the residents were getting things that they wanted and…
