PositiveFrom the moment we walked in I was so impressed. Greeted as we walked in the door. Everyone we came in contact with so polite and happy . The faculty was beautiful and super clean. The Director of Marketing gave us our tour and explained everything. Didn't need time to think about it ,asked right then what the next steps was to reserve an apartment. I truly feel my mother-in-law will be happy, safe and very well taken care of at Charter Senior Living of Oak Openings!!

You can enter this facility and OFTEN there is no one at the desk and no one answering the phone. Because of this I feel I can never leave town: if something happens I need to 1) take off work and 2) drive there. The personal care staff is good. . .But I could easily rob ANY room at from 5 PM to 9 am and no one would be there to stop me. When I try to address this, I just go around in circles with the administration.

The staff was exceptional. Both support and admin. The turnover seemed high but support for Mom truly cared. They not only took care of Mom but also were helpful and caring with family members. The management side seemed to have alot of turnover. However they were all very helpful and informative. It was a good experience for my mom. I know this by the fact she asked only One time about her house which was when she first for there. She called it her home at charter.
