Overall good

Kitchen staff very accommodating. Some delay on occasion when I pressed pendant.

The place was very nice and [Name removed] the director who gave us the tour and talked to us about everything was excellent. She was very informative and helped us understand everything..We are figuring things out but happy to know this is an option.

Not without it faults

The room has a heat issue where when it kicks on and it deafeningly loud until the room is heated. My dad said the food is terrible as well.

They have recently hired a new site director and a new chef. My relative had been complaining about the food for some time but now says it's getting better with the new chef. They also were without their van driver for transport to shopping and to appointments for a considerable amount of time.

I toured Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge. It was a good experience. However, at that time, they didn't have enough staff. They were in the process of redoing the whole place, so there were a few little glitches about the staff. The food was good though. The rooms were really nice and big. The upkeep of the place was OK.

I found the rooms at Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge to be small. Their studio rooms were very small, and there wasn't much closet space. But everybody was very friendly, and they had a lot to offer. The staff members were very helpful. They had the answers to our questions, and they were very prepared with literature and information. Once you got inside, it was a little older, and we were a little unhappy with the carpeting. The carpet was soiled. But everything else we found was very clean. It felt comfo…
