★★★★★
PositiveWe cannot comment on the are services because we do not require any care, but the staff members are friendly and based on our experience we would absolutely recommend Chateau Cupertino to other families.
★★★★★
PositiveWe like the residents at Chateau Cupertino. The facility was OK. It's an apartment setup. It's fine, but we're not looking for apartments. Even though we liked the residents there and they're very friendly, the facility doesn't fit us. The staff during the tour was a little bit overworked. PositiveI visited my aunt at Chateau Cupertino. I thought it was nice. The only problem is, it doesn't qualify for long-term care, and we were looking for that for my aunt. Everybody seemed nice, the rooms were good, and everything seemed to be clean. The food was good. We were able to eat dinner there one night, and it was great. When the pandemic hit, that kind of changed everything, so they weren't able to go out, have activities, and eat together. That's no fault of theirs.
★★★★★
PositiveThe residents and the staff are very friendly. The food is great with a nice variety. Wine is offered with dinner every night. There are a lot of activities including movie night, ice cream social, bingo, cards, reading group, writing group, champagne brunches, and live entertainment is brought in. There is valet parking. The community is two blocks from the fire station which is great for emergencies. The apartments are spacious with large bedrooms.

PositiveI have lived at Chateau Cupertino for about 5 months. I really like it, there is a lot going on. They are taking very good care of us during the quarantine for Covid-19. They are bringing are meals to our doors. I am very impressed.
