PositiveOur family are looking in to assisted living for Dad. I have taken him to other facilities and he will not engage or ask questions at all, this my second tour at the truesdale. This time we took dad. he was engaged, even ask a few questions. [name removed], Was great! she took her time with dad, answering his questions. She made him feel welcome not overwhelmed. The staff we encountered were all welcoming and friendly and the facility is perfect for dad’s need. Looks like he’s leaning towards the truesdale.

PositiveI really like this facility and was impressed with the well planned multiple activities, the extra w/d and bathroom on each floor, etc. I think management and the supporting team thought out carefully for the care and interest of the tenants.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Trousdale is a newer facility than the one my mother is living in now. I don't know how the people are other than the people that I've met, and they seemed to be fine. The people who lived there seemed to be very friendly. The only person I met was the person showing me around, but the other staff there seemed pleasant and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. It seems to be a full-service facility. They seem to have a lot of amenities there. The rooms are a good size and nicely designed. It seemed to be …

PositiveThe Trousdale is really good. I'm really impressed with the staff and the memory unit where my wife is at. Other than that, it's a senior living, too. It's six stories and really nice. It's a little on the expensive side, but we do have insurance for that. The facility is very clean because they're meticulous about keeping it clean. It's relatively new so it has that new scent. It's really nice to walk around the neighborhood, too. We just took a walk a little while ago. I was imp…

CriticalNice place,, but they only want patients that don't require a lot of care. Also, the outdoor area is small and you need a caregiver to open it for you. You can't go by yourself.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Trousdale was stellar. It's a beautiful property. The room was small. It's a newer building. They have workout centers. They just had everything. They had a library and a place where the patients could go and see movies. They had a very nice-looking dining area.
