Chateau Gardens Memory Care was very nice. I liked it because it was small. The staff member was very nice and very informative. She introduced us to the cook and different people. She took us around the facility. I really liked her. She seemed to really care about the people. We did not have a meal there, but we met the chef, and he was very, very nice. I know that staff is hard to get ahold of right now, but I didn't see a lot of staff, so that was something that kind of bothered me. I thought the layout was…

What I liked about Chateau Gardens Memory Care was that they have a lot of activities throughout the day, like bingo, painting, and crafts. The lady who toured me was very nice and personable. It's in a neighborhood, so it was homey, and the staff was interacting with the residents. I could just tell that they gave them a lot of care and attention. It's just that they have dogs. I personally love dogs, but I thought my mom's going to hate that. Also, there are only three bathrooms in the hall and the…

I didn't like Chateau Gardens Memory Care at all. The place is a dump. The rooms are tiny, and it's dirty. I wouldn't send anybody there. They're also very cheap, which I can understand. It was a weekend, and the staff was just not welcoming at all. The only positive thing was that they are a memory care facility only and that it's cheap. They do have some outdoor space that isn't too bad, but the whole thing is relatively small. They need to improve on everything. The cleanliness is h…

Was a perfect for mom

She was only here in this community a short time but it was a good experience. The caregivers were phenomenal and caring. We talked to the director 2x a week about her so they communicate well with the family. It was an older building could use some updates. She enjoyed the activities like going on friday trips and crafts. It stayed clean and tidy and she was getting fed very well. I would recommend this.

i HAD MOM IN A PRETTY "FANCY" CARE FACILITY, AND THE CARE WAS MISERABLE. I MOVED HER INTO CHATEAU GARDENS AND THE PEOPLE WERE AMAZING. MOM WAS ENGAGED, SMILING, AND HAPPY, BECAUSE THE PEOPLE TREATED HER LIKE FAMILY. I AM SO HAPPY SHE GOT TO EXPERIENCE THE LOVE AND WARMTH OF SUCH AN AMAZING PLACE.
