When we toured this facility, we were amazed, put a down payment down immediately and moved Mom in a week later. Since the move-in we have noticed some issues that's why I gave a midline review. Most of the staff is very pleasant, but there are a few with an attitude. There were issues with my mom's bathroom cleanliness several times and I'm not overly impressed with the activities Dept. They announce the activities overhead, but nobody goes room to room to encourage or invite residence to join. I have lots of expe…

The apartment was quite large for a 1-bedroom. It had beautiful views of the Cascade Mountains to the east. It was airy and light, much better than most places we toured. The residents are amazingly friendly and welcoming. It really has a community feel to it. My mom had a high level of need from the care team. They were terrific and responsive. We felt she received excellent care. The communication with Admin staff was also really good. Overall, I would highly recommend Chateau Pacific.

The facility is very nice, clean and well organized. They seem to be very caring and focused on their residents. The move in process went well; they worked with us in getting things done. Food is good; shuttle is accommodating. Follow up was/is a bit of an issue but overall a great facility.
