My review

The staff is very friendly, patient and kind. The best thing for my loved one is that they have a lift to transfer clients from bed to chair. Activities are few but they have a large TV on the wall in the living room.

Overall nice with room for improvements

Overall, they are ok for someone not requiring a lot of assistance. But it's manageable and ok for the cost. The meals could be better as they are not cooked meals as opposed to a lot if processed meals.

Chloie's Corrage

If i have to rate Chloie's Cottage, I would first and foremost say that the owner Linda is great. I'm very happy and my mom really likes it there. It is clean, tidy and the caregivers are friendly and very kind. They have also taught me to be more patient and understanding of Dementia. Not only by their words, but their loving examples of kindness. They helped her settle in when she first moved there and kept me up to date on how my mom was doing.
