PositiveAmazing staff!
The staff is incredibly helpful and the place is very clean. The apartment is just the right size for him. He loves it there so much for him to do and be a part of so he's not so lonely. I don't live close so I can't go often.

The care that my mother in law is receiving is overall great. She loves the food & likes the staff. Because we had to do this in a hurry over a holiday weekend there were some startup challenges. Our biggest concern is the lack of professionalism of the administration. We did not receive an orientation & have tried several times to get someone to contact us about that & no response. This month we turned in the monthly payment on time. As of yesterday the check had not cleared the bank. When my husband called the yo…

PositiveMy siblings and I thought the facility was well thought out, but the resident to be did not have good thoughts about the facility. He refused to rent the room that used to be a public restroom, as he was informed on the elevator going down for assessment. The marketing ([name removed])and nursing ([name removed])were very welcoming.

The rooms are nice but some need updating. My mom's was a newly renovated space and is very nice. Meals are an issue. Many times the clients wait in the dining room for 45 minutes after the meal time before they receive food. Also many instances of food orders being incorrect. The patient staff is great. Many long term staff members. They have also encouraged and helped my mom become more self sufficient while still providing her with needed assistance
