PositiveVery welcoming staff and environment. Mom felt very looked after while respecting her level of independence. Meals are very good and portions are very satisfying. Administrators, nurses, maintenance and associates are very attentive, helpful and patient!! Family members feel she is in a safe, caring environment! Thank you all!

PositiveMy mom was in rehab for almost two weeks. We were very happy with the care she received. The staff was wonderful and she liked the food. It was so much better than a previous rehab she was in. It was clean and PT and OT worked hard to get her back where she needed to be. We are lucky that at 100 she is able to return to assisted living.

PositiveI and my cousin are very happy she is at Christopher Heights. What we like the most about the community is the location, activities selection and just overall good assisted living.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff is good but has to be more proactive in helping clients who are having issues of mobility this is a serious flaw. Food is very good and the activities are consistent.

CriticalChristopher house has got to be there with the worst skilled nursing home I have ever seen. From the outside it looks warm and inviting however on the inside it’s dirty the residents are unkept. I have seen residents with dirty faces and hands like they are never washed. The worst thing was her gold necklace was stolen right from he…

PositiveMy 99 year old Dad resided there for 3 months after rehab. He had great care and treatment from the wonderful staff in the Putnam ward. He was attended to in his bathing and was helped in the dining room with feedings. The excellent staff would sing to him, and even speak French with him. When he passed some of the staff came in with a final prayer, kiss and some even wept. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and caring he was treated during this time. Thank you
