★★★★★
CriticalThe food is not good. The care/assistance is not consistent, Mom and other residents experienced theft from their rooms. On a plus side - the physical therapy department is top notch.
★★★★★
PositiveEverything is a 5 except the speed at which the food is served. That brings the rating down. We love our room, we love the rainforest, we love the activities, the food is delicious. The pool and the hot tub are great.

CriticalThe staff is amazing! Food is pretty good for institutional food. facilities are clean & roomy. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for themselves or their loved one.
