PositiveListened to my needs and took personal interest in understanding where I am and doing whatever they can to meet my needs. Taking into consideration of age and not having Medicaid when funds would run out. Seriously considering a companion room situation. Beautiful outdoor garden areas. All staff friendly and acknowledging me as I toured. Like that it is all inclusive and no worries about amenities. Explained next steps for an assessment that can be done in home and willing to help every step of the way and happy to…
★★★★★
PositiveThey are very easy to work with. Friendliness- Even my mom commented on that. I am happy with the medical staff. I wish more of the support staff was female. My mom expressed that she is uncomfortable having a man help her shower, but sometimes that is all thats available. . Food is often cold. Lots of salty options like chips, lunchmeat, soups. But mom has gained 10 lbs. They play The Rifleman on TV EVERY night! The regular assisted living is nice, but the memory care is a little less so

PositiveFrom the moment we walked in for our tour to the day we moved mom into Clarendale, we have been so impressed and happy with the people, the care and the beautiful surroundings. Residents and employees treat each other with respect and concern. It is a wonderful environment for our mom!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is always willing to go above and beyond taking care of my family. It is a comfort knowing while I can't be here all the time they are loved.
