So far 4 stars. It's a great, clean, bright community with very friendly staff who seem genuinely devoted to the residents. We had a short experience in assisted living and are now with the memory care neighborhood and they've been very helpful through that transition.

Three Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care was nice. We were sad they had to take Mom out of there because they couldn't accommodate her. The caregiving staff was very personable and friendly. She got good care. It was a very nice facility. It's newer and very clean. They have a library, a theater, and a beauty salon. They do physical therapy in the facility. They have the main dining room where they can eat, and family members can come and eat as well. The food was good.

My mother has been a resident for over a year and loves it! The staff is caring, attentive and experienced. The apartments are very nice and perfect for her needs. The building, grounds and restaurant are well maintained. We've found it impressive that there is continual compliance to fire drills, etc. for the safety of the residence. Brings peace of mind in many ways. It would take perfection for us to agree on 5 stars here; however, 4.75 stars is pretty darn fantastic. Three Oaks is a very special place.

There isn't anything bad I can say about the facility. The staff is awesome. The facility is extremely clean. I can't think of a better place to have a loved one with dementia live out there life. My mom can be a handful at times but the staff is still patient with her
