CriticalExperience with Clear Creek
The staff are nice and the facilities are nice. The only problem we had was the updates we received were not accurate. One time we had him at the Dr office and they told us he enjoyed an activity and he wasn't there. Same when he was hospitalized. They kept sending updates saying he was doing things at the facility. We brought it to there attention. But they just made an excuse. My father in law passed away. I am not sure if I would recommend Clear Creek.

PositivePeace of Mind During a Difficult Journey
My overall experience with Clear Creek has been very good. The staff is there for the families as much as they are for the residents, and that has been a huge benefit since it's emotional to watch your parent suffer through the disease of dementia. It can definitely be a roller coaster and they are always there for you, and them. They have a wonderful, supportive and caring staff across the board. They have all kinds of activities all day long, and a lot of musical and other fun activities for the families to enjoy…

Be careful to review your loved ones food and care - food is below average for the price of care which essentially is being paid to lock residents in - hard to get outside to courtyard - my mom found pills on the floor in hallway - better places available !
