Apartments are spacious and have been updated. Mom has a nice little patio providing outdoor space for sitting outside. Staff has been attentive and caring, going out of their way to meet the needs and requirements of my family member. The nursing staff has been great to check on my mom, especially at night when she hasn't been feeling well and might need a little extra help. The Bungalows has truly gone the extra mile to make sure my mom is comfortable and had a comfortable transition to assisted living. They're attentive and responsive. They seem like they're a bit understaffed so many people are wearing many hats. From an improvement perspective my mom's biggest complaint has been the food and the fact that it's almost always cold when she gets it. Again, that may be a staffing issue. My father has been at The Bungalows of Fayetteville for almost 7 months. He is really enjoying it there. The staff is great at getting to know all of the residents. They interact with each resident. They are great about keeping things clean. Each room is a good size. The food is good. They have a lot of things for the residents to join in for fun. The staff is very helpful and caring. CriticalConcerns with staffing and administration
My loved one was previously a resident at The Bungalows at Fayetteville. He fell after being placed on the toilet. His room was 85 degrees that same day. He had some staff that could not be trusted and the administrator was not responsive to those issues. We had some great staff, but nursing was inconsistent and some lacked compassion and understanding. We were disappointed overall, but it was a pleasant environment for the most part.
