CriticalOverwhelming. Person that I met with is a salesperson! Too many choices. Had no rooms for Memory Care so they were going to offer to move him to Memory Care as soon as there was an opening. All kinds of add-ons. Pushing "Happy Hour". Don't drink, never have. So she switched to "Mocktails".

PositiveBeautiful large 1 bedroom with kitchen, giant bath and living room/ dining Multiple activities through the day. Staff is amazing
★★★★★
PositiveNice staff, clean rooms, and a well-maintained property. The environment feels comfortable, safe, and welcoming. The dining options are good, and the restaurant staff are always friendly and attentive. Most importantly, the staff throughout the facility are consistently kind, patient, and very helpful.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is beautiful and well maintained. All of the staff have been very helpful and [name removed] is a superstar!

There was only one thing I kind of didn't like, and it was when they told me that one unit was open and then said that they made a mistake and that unit was no longer available. It would have been a perfect unit for my father because it had a view, and he always loved a…
