PositiveVery nice facility with all the services we are looking for. Colette was a great tour guide and gave us a lot of information. The only negatives are no true outdoor space, the apartments are on the smaller side and the price is high.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. It is a beautiful facility, good healthy food, nice bright rooms and gathering spots. My mom liked all of the activities and the gym. They could walk down the hall and go to physical therapy which was great for them. One area of improvement would be to make sure the little call button works and that you have an employee available to help when the call button is pressed by a resident in need.

I live here at Clearwater and have seen many good changes over time. The activities are excellent and keep me busy most days, which I appreciate very much. It’s nice to spend time with friends and always have something going on. The care staff has improved greatly since the new nurse, Nicole, started working here. She and the team do a wonderful job staying on top of my medications and making sure I’m well taken care of. I am currently out of the facility for a short period, and Nicole has still taken the time to c…
