I am a resident of Clyde F. Simon Lakeview Apartments. It's very nice here. I have a one-bedroom apartment and it's all self-contained. I have an adequate size kitchen and living room, a bedroom and a bath, and the bath is a good size. Everything is well taken care of. The maintenance couldn't be any better if they are needed, which is rare. I like it here. It's a large community. We do have staff meetings and there is staff on site. There's a manager.
