I put my mother at Cogir of Manteca Senior Living for about two weeks. She was in memory care, and they were great. They treated us really well. The rooms were all nice and clean. They kept them up, and somebody came through every day and threw away trash and wiped things down. It was very sanitary. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with getting my mom in, in a timely manner, because she went from the hospital to there. They had to jump through hoops to get beds and all that kind of stuff set up for me. The…

Cogir of Manteca Senior Living was a nice community. The people seemed friendly, but I was quoted $2,500 a month, plus a $4,000 community fee and a $500 pet fee at move-in, but when they sent me the contract, the contract was over $2,600. I dealt with the executive director, James, and he's the one who quoted the price. Then if I didn't move in by the end of the year, it would go up to $2,800, and that's just too much for me.
