CriticalThe outside of the facility is nice and the entrance is welcoming. The staff were nice and informative. The apartment we saw was nice and decent size. However, the carpet throughout the facility could use a good cleaning, the walls could use some cleaning or a fresh coat of paint. There were some questionable smells in various parts of the facility. The grounds were lovely, but the biggest turn off was the smell of dog poop everywhere we went outside. The stench made it very hard to enjoy being outdoors & walk the …

We have had nothing but a good experience with Cogir. My mother is very happy there. They have had several management turn overs but it seems to have settled down as of late. They are clean, attentive always very nice with their occupants as well as with us when we visit. I have no complaints nor does my mother.

It used to be a 5. Then they had a mass exodus so from about [Dates Removed] I would give it a 1. They have been steadily improving and training. I would now say it's a 2. They have hired a director and medical health and wellness person so hopefully it will get better. The billing remains a mystery. Things go up and down every month.
