My one bedroom is 614 feet. It's just right for me. I did have to buy some small shelving units because there is not enough storage. The lady that cleans my room once a week is very good. The food is very good you can have the daily special or order separate items. There are daily activities if you feel like attending, no pressure.

The apartment style room fits our mother's needs nicely and family was also very welcomed.Nurses on hand at the facility is exactly what we were looking for. Our beautiful 92 year old mother will love the warm, safe and comfortable environment. Positive: staff is friendly, warm, compassionate, caring, responsive, attentive. Facility is clean and well managed. Mom's apartment is large, spacious, great light, inviting. Right now she is in independent and we are on the waiting list for assisted. It is taking longer than was originally presented to us for her to get into assisted. We are waiting for a two bedroom. PositiveCogir is very nice in a good location. Apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Facilities for activities, movies, exercise, etc.. The only downside is the residents have to move apartments once they gravitate from independent living to assisted living.

PositiveFun place for parents
Decided on Cogir when my parents needed someone else to cook and clean. They provided a safe and fun facility that is close to Dignity medical offices and hospital. Lots of fun activities, nice staff with good meals. Apartment was near shopping center also.
