The staff and other residents were incredibly helpful and made any visitors and other residents feel very welcome while there. They ran daily shuttles that allowed to residents to do various errands, such as grocery shopping and luncheons with friends and family. The head nurse that worked there would ensure that the resident who requested help always got it, whether it was keeping track of their medication, or taking their blood pressure, or many others tasks.
