The representative put a hard sell on me to secure a discounted rate before the end of business which I felt compelled to sign lease documents with the $[removed] deposit. I contacted the facility in person by 8 A.M. the next morning in writing less than 16 hours from contract signatures and mgmt declined my request for a refund.
