If a friend asked about this community, I would say, If you can afford a little better. It's important to remember that every place will have its pluses and minuses. What made the difference for me was the way I was able to connect with both the staff and residents in a very special way during a time when it was most needed.

Please do not put your loved one here in memory care. it is dirty and the aids do nothing. They won't even get up off their chairs to do what they are supposed to do. ALL of mom's personal items were missing within 3 days. She was wearing someone else's clothes and she was scared until we took her out of there.

This place is downright filthy. They are overcrowded and do not do anything to help your loved ones. Do NOT go here. They bait and switch. here is your nice room and then they put you in a much worse room...sometimes with a roommate. I do not have words for this. My LO is used to living in a clean environment and maybe assisted living is nicer but memory care is gross.

For months the kitchen was out of basic staples, like eggs and bacon, milk, serving cold sandwiches as dinner, serving the same 3 or 4 dishes over and over. Transportation is part of the package residents pay for, but they have not had a driver in months. Also they are terrible with the laundry. Constantly out of detergent, problems with the machines and mixing up peoples clothes / losing clothes.
