The food is good, staff is exceptional, activities are various and appealing to Seniors, price for all inclusive living is acceptable. The building is always clean and does not smell although it's old. The only complaint I have is that the carpet in the hallways is extremely old and nasty. It ruins the whole aesthetics that would otherwise be classy.

My apartment is great. It has been redone, all new appliances and repainted. The hallway is awful and needs new flooring. Food is very good most of the time. Staff is helpful and most articulate friendly.

Carrie took me on a tour of Colonial Village, and she did a great job. She's fabulous. We visited a couple of different times, and she explained everything to me. She covered everything that I would need to know and then showed me around to different rooms and floors. It's just not a fit for me. I'm very mobile. I don't have any issues with getting around, so I don't need that kind of help, but for people who do, they have a lot of activities for them. They really take care of them, and she…
