My wife is in Colorow Care Center. My wife has Alzheimer's, and she is here in a skilled nursing facility. They are too expensive for me. Before that, she was in a memory care unit and assisted living facility, which did not have skilled nursing, and she fell four times and ended up in a hospital. We had to get her out of there and put her in this skilled nursing facility. All I can say is my wife is getting outstanding care. The nurses in the memory care unit really know what they are doing. FIRST OFF, THE FACILITY SMELLED VERY BAD. THERE WAS AN AREA OF THE RESIDENT HALL THAT THEY COULDNT UTILIZE DUE TO A HORRIBLE ACCIDENT ON THE CARPET THAT REEKED. IT WAS DIRTY. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT, THE SOCIAL WORKER IS A JOKE, I'M NOT SURE SHE HAS A FORMAL EDUCATION. MY LOVED ONE HAD DEMENTIA PRETTY BADLY AND THEY COULDNT HANDLE THEIR NEEDS AT ALL.
