I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The staff was wonderful. First, they respected and treated mom with exceptional care. Whether it was Nursing, Aides, Administration, Housekeeping, Dining room, or any other staff member they all cared about mom as a person. As much as possible they made this mom's home. Secondly, any questions or concerns we as family had, they made sure to find answers or address the issues. They never ignored us or mom with any concern we had. Were they perfect: no. But, this is the best staff and facility we have ever dealt…

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Dad moved to The Commons of Providence. We actually chose another community at first, but they did not accept him. So, this was our second choice. It's clean. He is in the memory care and the staff there is very experienced. They have longevity. The food is good. He seems to like it. They're very friendly and seem to be able to handle my dad's needs as he progresses and becomes worse. He's in a locked-down unit, but they have a library. It's easy to maneuver around. They seem to have activi…

Daughter of a past resident

My mother had been a resident in AL for the past 6 years and everyone there met all our expectations and more. My mom has passed recently and now is resting in peace. Thank you everyone there at the Commons for giving such good care and love to my mom. May God bless all of you. Special thank you to [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]

Pricy But Otherwise a Good Place to Live

It's a good place to live. I feel like I'm paying a lot for what I'm getting since I'm pretty self sufficient and don't necessarily need the care that's here for me. The wait staff are very good, and one of the housekeepers is really great. The girls that do the laundry do a great job. The meals are generally very good. I tend to keep to myself pretty much.

My families first experience with independent living

Everything went well, however what would of made it better is if our loved ones initially had a tour of the building they moved in so they could better understand where everything is and how to sign up for meals and dining.

A Nice Place

My mom liked everything but the food, she did not feel it was diabetic friendly at all. The room sizes and layout od the community were pretty nice, They do have outdoor space. The staff was very nice. It cost more than other places. but my mom liked it.
