The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are patient, and they will answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed or unimportant. They provide regular updates on your family member. They call whenever their is a concern or injury with your family member. I am very satisfied with the care that my uncle is receiving. Commonwealth Senior Living at Georgian Manor was very nice. It just wasn't in the budget. The room was very nice and very roomy. Ian was amazing. He would reach out to me a lot because I told him about the situation we were in with my mother-in-law and a family member, and it seemed like he cared. My mother-in-law's husband who passed away was a veteran, and Ian gave me a lot of information. We checked the dining area and it was very nice and very clean. We did not sample any food. We toured Commonwealth Senior Living at Georgian Manor. I was much more impressed with the staff than the facility. It's an older facility. The location is just a little more remote. There are some things about it that I wasn't excited about. The staff was very helpful. He helped us tour the facility. He was knowledgeable and compassionate. He was more than thoughtful.

I would give Georgian Manor a 5 on all of these categories and if I could give a 10 on quality of care and friendliness, I would! They were amazing. They loved my mom like family and we really could not thank them enough for making mom's last 6 months the best we could hope for, given her need for assistance.
