This place is awesome for your family member the staff is very nice the place is very clean I highly recommend it for anybody .

Not safe for mom

Please avoid this home at all costs. We have had nothing but problems, mostly with their night shift. Unexplained falls, etc. but it has gotten out of hand. Last night a male resident was allowed into my grandmother’s room where he attempted to assault her and nightshift was no where to be found. They finally came to her after she had to fight him off. They called the nursing manger in the night (not us) and were told unless something is broken she doesn’t want to be bothered. We were not even told of the event unt…

Bad experience

My grandmother was living in the memory care and the Aids we’re wonderful but the housekeeper who’s been the for awhile I noticed she has not been keeping up with cleaning of the rooms. When I came to visit I noticed feces on the bathroom walls and the shower was not cleaned. The rooms smelled and were dusty. The activities they have there are great. Understaff night shift

Not good facility don't believe the stars. They place needs more staff.Very understaffed

I was impressed with this provider. They were courteous and professional.

This place is a joke

Just because a facility's pretty doesn't mean it's a good place....rose castle is Always short staffed, memory unit is far from stellar. Very poor supervision, poor empathy to their residents. Very difficult to communicate with ED and DON. This place is just looking for $$$$. Visit often and stay tuned in....it won't be long before you see major issues with resident care there.
