My 97 year old aunt as been in Bey Lea approx. 3 weeks. I received a phone message on Thursday, May 30, that she had a skin tear on her leg and would need stitiches. I returned the call asking for ext. After several rings a gentleman answered but didnt seem to know what I was calling about. When I explained that I received a phone message regarding my Aunt needing stitches. He then said oh yes, I asked when she was going to ER he said she was already gone. CriticalI am/was a resident of this facility
My room is bug infested. I've reported the problem but nothing has been done. I push the button for help and have had to wait anywhere from 1 to 6 hours for someone to see what the problem is. Every morning I ask the nurse for my pain medication and 1 nurse tells me she'll check then walks away. She usually comes back between 2 to 3 hours later. Since I've been transferred to this section I have not had any type of exercise or physical therapy. I have not been out of this bed once. The food is horrib…
