I would give a negative rating but “1” is the lowest option. Please do NOT take your loved one to Marcella Center, Burlington NJ. My loved one was using a walker when I took him there for 4 day respite care. He left out the 2nd day on a stretcher. My family went to visit him on day 2 of his stay. He was lying on a bed in mid day with no clothes on. The bed was saturated with his urine. He was not responsive and the staff was clueless about whether he had meds or what was his last BP reading. They left my family in …

Marcella Center was the only place close by that I could find that allowed Mom to pay, and then when her money runs out, get Medicaid. It's a very nice memory center. The staff is very caring and working on trying to understand my mother because she was new. They're very nice. We like it a lot. Her room is like a hospital room, and she has a roommate. It has a small closet, hospital table, dresser, and room on the walls for pictures. She can put up cards and things on the big bulletin board. They've …
