CriticalI visit my parent who lives at Concord. For the price (much less than other places)- it’s fine. However- it is NOT uncommon for 1 of 3 elevators (which usually smell terrible) to be broken down and residents can wait in excess of 15 min for an elevator and/or one with room to fit on. Also- we were told the dining room is open ALL day. That is a flat out lie. They do close for an hour in between the meals (understandable- but no need to lie when trying to lease an apartment). PositiveConcord Place has been great for my dad. It’s very affordable, which is almost impossible to find. He loves all of the activities and outings offered. CriticalMy grandma got sick there and to me they showed no compassion so Im moving her out She ended up in hospital and was not nice to public health when it was reported They are all about money and even though she was independent I feel like they didn't care.

CriticalApt kind of small but manageable. Enjoy smoking room and dining times and variety. Housekeeping could be a little better but realize their job is large and hard.
★★★★★
PositiveConcord Place was nice, but it's a little too busy for me. It's got something like 400 residents. They have housekeeping every two weeks. They have utilities and three meals a day included. They have day trips, bingo, and the same things as the other places. The staff was very friendly.
★★★★★
PositiveThere is so much stuff to do here. Everyone working here is very courteous and helpful. The other residents are friendly too. The 3 meals a day are great! They are balanced meals and they change every day
